You can request deletion of your Douri account and all associated data at any time — whether or not you still have the app installed.
Email us from the address linked to your Douri account and we'll delete it, usually within a few business days. Include your account's email if you're writing from a different address.

Goals, check-ins, streaks, journal entries, challenges you made, and encouragements you sent.
If you're in one, dissolving it deletes its memories and couple goals for both accounts — not just yours. We'll confirm with you before that happens.
Every file you uploaded is removed from storage, not just unlinked.
