These terms cover your use of Douri — the mobile app, its personal goals, shared
challenges, and Couple Space features. By creating an account, you agree to them.
01 Your account
You need an account to use Douri, created with an email and password or through Sign in with Apple or Google.
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Douri.
02 Your content & conduct
You keep ownership of what you create — goals, journal entries, photos, and memories. Using Douri gives us only the license we need to store, process, and display it back to you (and, where you've chosen to share it, to whoever it's shared with).
Don't use Douri to harass, impersonate, or post content that's illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Public challenges can be reported or blocked from inside the app; we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
03 Challenges & Discover
Public challenges are visible to other Douri users in Discover — the title, category, and each participant's aggregate progress. Joining a challenge shares that much with the group; it never shares your personal goals, journal, or Couple Space.
04 Couple Space
A Couple Space connects exactly two accounts, joined by invite code.
Either partner can dissolve the space at any time. You'll be offered the chance to export shared memories first; once confirmed, the space and its content are deleted for both accounts and can't be recovered.

Unlimited goals, challenges, and memories, video memories, advanced stats, the full couple timeline, unlimited couple goals, AI Weekly Recap, and themes
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial.
Payment is processed entirely by the App Store or Play Store — manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google account settings, not inside Douri.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we don't process them directly.
06 Intellectual property
Douri — its name, design, and the journey visualization — belongs to us. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond using the app as intended.
07 Termination
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
08 Disclaimers & liability
Douri is provided "as is." The AI Weekly Recap is generated automatically from your check-in data and may occasionally be inaccurate — it's a summary, not advice. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
09 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
10 Governing law
